Digital twins with The Virtulab’s Virtuworx

Background:

The Virtulab, used its proprietary metaverse product, Virtuworx, to successfully transform two distinct business environments into immersive, interactive, and highly-functional digital twins. The first was a virtual showroom for Al Laith’s diverse range of event-industry products. The second, a digitally-replicated office space for Prommac, enabled effective hybrid work conditions.

The Challenges:

For Al Laith, the challenge was to exhibit a vast array of products and equipment to potential customers in an engaging, comprehensive, and realistic manner. Given the constraints of physical showrooms (space limitations, logistics, and lack of interactivity), a more innovative approach was required.

Prommac, on the other hand, needed to create an inclusive, collaborative, and functional workspace that could accommodate a hybrid work model. It needed to allow employees to work from home while still maintaining the familiarity and utility of the office environment.

The Solutions:

The Virtulab stepped Virtuworx, creating two tailored digital twins that accurately addressed the unique requirements of both Al Laith and Prommac.

For Al Laith, a virtual showroom was created, showcasing the company’s diverse offerings, including working-at-heights vehicles and speaker systems, tents, stages, and an array of cabins serving as ablution facilities and mobile offices. Virtuworx facilitated a fully-immersive experience, allowing users to walk around the showroom, interact with the showcased items, and appreciate their scale and functionality, all within a digital environment.

In Prommac’s case, their office was digitally replicated to the finest detail, producing a lifelike representation of their workspace. This enabled staff to have virtual meetings in the boardroom, fostering a hybrid work model to maintain the essence of physical meetings and collaboration while working remotely.

The Results:

Both Al Laith and Prommac experienced immediate benefits from their digital twins. 

Al Laith’s virtual showroom provided an innovative and engaging platform for potential clients to explore their offerings, leading to increased engagement and higher customer conversion rates.
